Several years ago we started talking about retirement plans and what we would do. We knew we wanted to travel extensively so we started looking at various motorhomes. Randy liked the truck conversion motorhomes so we finally decided on a ShowHauler. It took us almost a year to finalize our design and for our “Dirt Yacht” to be built.
In preparation for our travels, we started downsizing by donating, giving away, throwing away and storing our famiy posessions. Randy got the Jeep fixed up so we could tow it with the ShowHauler. And I got a golf cart and trailer that I can tow with the Jeep to help us get around once we are in VO. Several weeks later than anticipated, we finally left Westminster on Friday, November 9. We plan to travel for at least the next 2 years with frequent stops back home to keep in touch with friends and family. Thanks for followng us on our adventure!
