This morning I participated in the annual Venture Out Walk-A-Thon. We walked the entire park except for one small court that cut off about two tenths of a mile.
I was happy that I could stay just behind the main group. There were 3 other smaller groups behind this main group but no one that walked at my normal pace so I just tried to stay with them. They really pushed me to keep up but I had my fastest time with a 15.04 pace. I finished the 4.03 miles in 1:00:41. This is my best time since I started consistently walking. Randy decided not to participate 🙁
